Complete Athlete Development Program
A Comprehensive Program Structured for 1-on-1 Training
Program Overview
- The Complete Athlete Development Program is ideal for offseason or preseason athletes to prepare for their upcoming sport season
- The program utilizes all of our techniques and equipment to improve mobility, strength, power, and speed
- 1-on-1 training allows us to maximize athletes' development while closely watching their technique in a safe environment
- Following an initial assessment with our Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, athletes will progress through a program based on their age, sport and ability level
Each 60 Minute Session Consists Of:
- 5 minute dynamic warm up
- 10 minutes of sport specific speed and agility training
- 30 minutes of strength and power training
- 10 minutes of anaerobic training
- 5 minute cool down with stretching and mobility work
Program Details
- 8 session program with 2 sessions per week
- Offered for ages 14-18 and 18+

Group Sports Performance Programs
Quickness, Agility & Speed Program
Improve First Step Quickness, Change of Direction & Linear Speed While Working on Coordination & Conditioning
Program Overview
- Athletes work on running mechanics, cutting technique, acceleration/deceleration, and proper footwork
Program Details
- 4 week training program with the option of 1 or 2 sessions per week
- Offered for up to 15 athletes at a time (minimum of 5)
- Sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Ages 8 - 10
- 9 a.m. during summer months
- 5 p.m. during school year
- Ages 11 - 13
- 10 a.m. during summer months
- 4 p.m. during school year
Each 60 Minute Session Consists Of:
- 10 minute dynamic warm up

Team Training Program
Sport Specific Program Based on Goals Discussed with Coaches
Program Overview
- Focuses on mobility, strength, power, speed, injury prevention, and sport specific conditioning
- Program is periodized based on off-season or pre-season
Each 60 Minute Session Consists Of:
- 10 minute dynamic warm up
- 15 minutes of strength training
- 15 minutes of power training
- 10 minutes of anaerobic/speed training
- 10 minute cool down with stretching and mobility work
Program Details
- Option of 1 or 2 sessions per week
- Offered for up to 10 athletes at a time
